Three People Killed in Shooting Siam Paragon Shoting Full Video Thailand Police arrested a 14-year-old boy after a shooting at a luxury shopping mall in the capital Bangkok on Tuesday left at least two people dead and five others injured, causing terrified shoppers to flee the scene. Video shows crowds of people running out of the busy Siam Paragon mall in central Bangkok where the fatal shooting took place. The shooting took place around 4:20 p.m. local time (5:20 a.m. ET), Police Lt. General Samran Nualma, assistant commissioner-general of the Royal Thai Police, said at a press conference Wednesday.
